Designed, manufactured and made in Great Britain

Tangle Teezer is extremely proud of the fact that all of our hairbrushes are designed and manufactured in Great Britain. From the design team in London to our factory in Oxfordshire, every element of the Tangle Teezer journey is completed on British soil.

However, that doesn’t mean that our hairbrushes stay in Great Britain for long! Of the twenty hairbrushes we sell every minute, seventeen of them are exported to more than 60 countries around the world.

In 2014 Shaun was thrilled to meet Her Majesty the Queen at a reception at Buckingham Palace. Invited in honour of winning our second Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, it was a proud Tangle Teezer moment and a real day to remember.

As part of the government’s ‘GREAT Britain campaign’, Shaun was asked to be an ambassador (and poster boy) for the ‘Business is GREAT’ arm of the campaign.

This national campaign was shot in our factory in Oxfordshire and Shaun supported the programme which provides business support to entrepreneurs in the UK by drawing on his own experiences manufacturing Tangle Teezer hairbrushes in Great Britain and exporting them globally.

To celebrate all things British, we took to the road (or the green screen) with our Tangle Teezer branded bubble car. Shaun weaves his way past iconic London landmarks with Nala, our office pug in tow. See it to believe it!
