CHRISTMAS
At Tangle Teezer we love the festive season as much as you do which is why our head office and customer support team will be unavailable on the following days:

• 25th, 26th, and 27th December
• 1st January

This means any enquiries sent on the above dates will be responded to when our office is back open in the relevant timeframe where possible and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We don’t want you to miss the last sleigh so please take a look at our shipping dates to place your orders in time for Christmas:

US: 18th December

All order placed after the 22nd of December will be subject to later processing due to minimised warehouse operating hours for the holiday season. Should you need further information please email [email protected]

 

BLACK FRIDAY

All orders placed from the 24th of November may take longer to be processed and delivered due to increased order volumes. If you have not received tracking information within 5 working days of placing your order, please email [email protected]

Delivery Information

Dear customers, we are truly sorry if you have experienced extended delivery timeframes and, in some instances, additional delays. Please be assured, we are doing everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery partners are working as best they can to deliver within our usual timeframes, however, please be advised that orders can take up to 2 weeks or more in some cases to get delivered.

For Tangle Teezer’s delivery and returns policies, read below.

STANDARD DELIVERY

US DELIVERY

US orders are sent from our distribution centre in Kansas via USPS 1st Class. Please allow approximately 7 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive.

Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

We offer FREE delivery on all US orders.

 

RETURNS

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it to our Distribution Centre.

So we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds, you will need to retain a proof of returns receipt as well as your tracking number and within your return you must include the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Return product code and quantity being returned of each item (you can find this on your invoice)
  • Reason for return

RECYCLING RETURNS

You can send back your Tangle Teezer hairbrush, or ANY plastic hairbrush (we do not accept wooden brushes or boar bristles) for FREE, and we will send you a 15% Off discount voucher to use on your next online purchase.
